Pan mixer PMR

Pemat High Speed Pan mixer with High Intensity Rotor PMR Mixers are installed where higher quality mixing is demanded in order to achieve a high homogeneous mixture.

Its homogeneous construction advantage is the fact that it does not require any additional drive system.

The combination of highly durable mixer blades and high speed High Intensity Rotors permits rapid material breakdown. The PMR is a reliable and robust mixer for tough everyday operating conditions in production of:

high quality precast concrete,
lightweight concrete and aerated concrete,
recycling,

and for a large range of other applications.

It is mainly used in roof industry and paving industry. The PMR mixer was created in order to replace the PMP mixer. It’s advantages are, among others:

short mixing time,
accurate stirring and this means very good quality of the consistency of the mixture

The time that is devoted to stirring the elements from putting them to pouring water over them to get the ready consistence takes about 40-50s.
