Skip Hoist model PAK with rollover discharge

Vertical track, special inclinations from 30° to 90° are available.
Standard-speed upwards and downwards 0,4 m/s, or upwards 0,4 m/s and 0,8 m/s downwards. Other speeds are also available.

The driver unit takes place by motoreductor driven winch with disc brake. The motor is protected against overload with three temperature probes (thermistors) connected to a release unit. The breaking process is held by constant velocity and is reliable and operate successfully even in the most arduous conditions. Special Skip Ropes of an appropriate length are made to suite each specific application. The rope is designed to ensure low rotational movement by layering the core and outer strands in opposite directions. The special rope design ensures safe operation, even in applications involving heavy loads and long skip tracks. Skip buckets can be tailor made to suit almost any plant design.

Irrespective of which design clients select, bottom or roll over discharge, Pemat skip hoists can be adapted to suit a wide range of applications and site conditions. Even with bulk materials which are difficult to handle Pemat skips allow simple filling through a large inlet and consistently fast discharge.

Skip track assembly is available in a standard inclination of 60°, or in other inclinations to special order. Different section tracks allow to get optional shape of the track as well as the height of the lifting. In this case there are used:

separated supporting segments and arc track distance,
separated stations of the maintenance of the rollers and axles on track distance.

Disassembly station for maintenance work on axles and rollers proximity switches combined with mechanical limit switches offer reliable control for skip traveling.

In particular, are used:

proximity switch for slack rope,
proximity switch for the coil position,
the time transmitter,
proximity switch for discharge position,
additional mechanical limit switch at top position,
proximity switch for filling position,
proximity switch for speed change.

Pemat Skips are available with protection cages according to General Regulations for Prevention of Accidents if required. All electrical wiring terminated in junction box according to regulations of the electric branch.
